FAST is located at the Forest Lakes Pool in Forest, Virginia. A member of the Lynchburg Aquatic League, we have a rich history of championship swimming and summer league fun. The Lynchburg Aquatic League requires that all FAST swimmers be members of the Forest Lakes Pool. Membership Options are designed to fit a family, or individual needs.
The swim season begins mid May with dryland workouts. The last week of May, pool practices will begin in the evening and we will add morning practices the first week of June. Swim meets are held each Monday night in June and July with 2 championship meets being held at the end of July.
