Hello again FAST families!  Here's your update for week #8!

• GREAT JOB to all our swimmers who attended the B Meet this past Saturday!
• A Meet is this Saturday!  Please see the email from Coach Aiden that was sent on Sunday regarding qualifiers and invites, as well as the email that was just sent out with the A Meet packet.  Best of luck to all our swimmers!
• Practice times this week: As Coach Aiden already communicated, practice this week is condensed into one practice each day this week, 9:30am - 10:45am.  All swimmers are welcome to attend, not just the A Meet swimmers.
• A Meet Breakfast! All swimmers are also invited to the A Meet Breakfast, which will be Friday 10:45am - 11:30am (note the time change due to the later practice time).  We will be having Chick-fil-A chicken biscuits, provide by FAST! Note that the pool opens to neighbors at 11am, so please help clean up afterwards.  So that we can get a count for how many chicken biscuits to order, please RSVP if you plan to attend: A Meet (Chickfila biscuits) Breakfast.  Also, you can signup to bring juice/fruit here: A Meet (Chickfila biscuits) Breakfast Job Assignments.
