2026 Registration form
We are so excited for the 2026 Swim Season!
Please note, at least one parent for each swimmer is REQUIRED to volunteer at 3 home meets, and 1 away meet of their choice. A Sign up will be available before the swim season begins.
All members of the Forest Area Swim Team MUST be members of the Forest Lakes Pool. Membership fees and applications can be made at this website: Forest Lakes Pool - Membership
Pool Membership Levels are:
- Individual Swim Team Pool Membership
- Family Pool Membership
You will have to sign up for the pool membership here: Forest Lakes Pool - Membership and provide confirmation as part of the FAST registration.
