Happy Friday FAST Makos!

• This is your final reminder to sign up for Monday night's AWAY meet against Farmington. Here's the sign-up link: FAST vs Farmington - July 13, 2026. Even if you are unable to attend, please mark your swimmer as "Not attending this meet."
  • As usual, don't delay signing up! If you do not sign up by the deadline (midnight TONIGHT), you will not be able to swim.
• Volunteers: We are in desperate need of Lane Timers! We currently have only two out of twelve.  Lane timing is super fun and easy, and we show first-timers how it's done!  Other roles are needed as well.  You can sign up here: FAST vs Farmington - July 13, 2026 Job Assignments.
• Meet Theme and Ice Cream: Our theme for Monday's meet is "Sports Jerseys." Wear your favorite team's jersey! Ice cream after the meet will be at Monkee Joe's, very close to Farmington.
• Team Pool Party TONIGHT: Grab your favorite float and join us for a fun-filled Float and Movie Night tonight 7-10pm at Forest Lakes Pool!  See the separate emails sent earlier for details!
