Hello once again FAST swimmers and families!

• A big THANKS to everyone who came to Monday's meet and endured the heat!  Especially the volunteers!
• Meet Signup: Please have your swimmer sign up for our next AWAY meet against Farmington. Here's the sign-up link: FAST vs Farmington - July 13, 2026. Sign-ups close Friday night. If you cannot attend, please sign up as "Not attending this meet."
• Volunteer Signup for Monday's Meet: Many volunteers are needed for a successful meet and we greatly appreciate the willingness of our FAST parents to get involved.  We are ALWAYS in need of lane timers.  If you haven't tried it, it's fun, easy to learn, and gives you a front-row seat (ok, stand) to the action.  Here's the signup link: FAST vs Farmington - July 13, 2026 Job Assignments.
• Meet Theme and Ice Cream: Our theme for Monday's meet is "Sports Jerseys." Wear your favorite team's jersey!  Ice cream after the meet will be at Monkee Joe's, very close to Farmington.
• Team Breakfast: All swimmers are invited to the Team Breakfast on Monday from 9:30-9:55. This week we will be having a cereal bar! Donation signups are open here: Meet Day Breakfast #6 - Cereal Bar - July 13, 2026 Job Assignments.
• Team Pool Party THIS FRIDAY 7-10pm: Grab your favorite float and join us for a fun-filled Float and Movie Night this Friday, July 10, 7-10pm at Forest Lakes Pool!  See the email sent on 7/3 for additional details.  You can RSVP here: Float and Movie Night @ the Pool.
