Hello FAST swimmers and families!

• This is your final reminder to sign up for Monday night's AWAY meet against Wildwood.  Here's the sign-up link: FAST vs Wildwood - June 15, 2026.  The address is 2 New London Dr, Lynchburg, VA 24502.  Even if you are unable to attend, please mark your swimmer as "Not attending this meet."
  • DON'T DELAY signing up! If you do not sign up by the deadline (midnight TONIGHT), you will not be able to swim.  The coaches do a lot of work behind the scenes to exchange entries and seed the swimmers, and the deadline ensures that there is sufficient time to do all this.
• MANY volunteer positions still need to be filled for the meet - timers, line up parents, stroke and turn judges, and place judges.  If you have never been a lane timer before, it is very easy to learn and a lot of fun!  There's always a training session for newbies before each meet.  You can sign up for a volunteer position here: FAST vs Wildwood - June 15, 2026 Job Assignments
• Orders for T-Shirts close TODAY.  Don't miss out!  You can place your order at the FAST Team Store.
• While you're at the FAST Team Store, you can also purchase a silicone swim cap!  Just think of how speedy your swimmer will be!
• Team breakfast on Monday morning!  There are still a few items to bring, and you can sign up here: Meet Day Breakfast #2 Yogurt Bar - June 15, 2026.  The entire team is invited, including Junior Makos!
