We are just a couple of months away from participating in the BEST summer swimming program in the area! The FAST team provides a fun and competitive environment for summer swimming while fostering the benefits of hard work, sportsmanship, and fitness.

A few exciting announcements to start things off for the 2022 season:

• Coach Steven Mills will be returning as head coach this summer!
• NO limitation on number of team/Forest Lakes pool memberships! So tell all of your friends to join the pool and join the FAST team!
• Registration is scheduled to open April 1. The first 10 families to register will win a free FAST T-shirt!
• $25 referral bonus when you bring a new family to FAST ! (bonus will be applied to membership fees, maximum 4 referrals)
